The specific objective of the project is to build and equip, by December 31, 2024, a day center for children at risk of separation from their parents in Ion Roata Commune, Ialomita County, with the mission of preventing the separation of children from their families by providing daytime counseling, independent living skills development, educational and career guidance, etc. for children, as well as support, counseling, education, etc. for parents. The services to be provided by the day center are complementary to the efforts and endeavors of the child's own family, as arising from parental obligations and responsibilities, as well as to the services provided by educational institutions and other service providers, in accordance with the individual needs of the child in his or her socio-family context.
