Photovoltaic Park for Universal Alloy Corporation, Maramures County

The investment proposed by Universal Alloy Corporation Europe SRL aims to build a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 9.46 MW, located in Tăuții-Măgherăuș, Maramureș County. The project aims to produce electricity from renewable sources to cover a significant part of the high consumption of the company, which is active in the aeronautical industry, as well as to inject the surplus into the public grid. The investment also includes a 2 MWh storage system, which is essential for the stability of industrial consumption and the optimization of energy flows.

The technical solution adopted is complex and tailored to the needs of a large, energy-intensive enterprise, which includes:

  • State-of-the-art monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, installed in a fixed system, sized to achieve a total power of 9,463 MW and to efficiently harness the solar radiation specific to the North-West region.

  • High-capacity inverters, designed to manage high energy flows and ensure efficient conversion of the energy produced.

  • A 2 MWh storage system, based on modern battery technology, which allows for the balancing of internal consumption, the reduction of peak loads, and increased operational stability of the UACE factories.

  • An advanced SCADA system that monitors production, consumption, equipment status, and operating parameters in real time, ensuring complete control of the plant and rapid intervention when necessary.

With this technical solution, the photovoltaic plant is designed to produce over 244,000 MWh of electricity from renewable sources annually, contributing to a reduction in CO₂ emissions of over 10,000 tons per year.

Photovoltaic Park for Universal Alloy Corporation, Satu Mare County

The investment proposed by Universal Alloy Corporation Europe SRL aims to build a 9.46 MW photovoltaic power plant in Medieșu Aurit, Satu Mare County, together with a 2 MWh storage system. The project is designed to support the high energy consumption of the rapidly developing UACE industrial unit and to contribute to the PNRR objectives of increasing production capacity from renewable sources.

The plant is designed based on a robust technical solution, adapted to intensive industrial consumption and the need for energy stability, which includes:

  • Approximately 17,500 540 W monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, mounted in a fixed system, sized to achieve a total installed power of 9.463 MW and to efficiently harness solar radiation in the North-West area.

  • High-capacity inverters, optimized for efficient energy conversion and for managing the high flows specific to a power plant of almost 10 MW.

  • A 2 MWh storage system, based on modern battery technology, which allows for the balancing of internal consumption, the reduction of peak loads, and increased operational stability of the Medieșu Aurit plant.

  • A complete SCADA system that monitors production, consumption, equipment status, and operating parameters in real time, ensuring full control of the plant and rapid intervention when necessary.

With this technical solution, the photovoltaic power plant is designed to produce over 255,000 MWh of electricity from renewable sources annually, contributing to a reduction in CO₂ emissions of over 10,500 tons per year.

Photovoltaic Park for TID Energie, Vaslui County

The investment proposed by TID Energie SRL aims to build a 6 MW photovoltaic power plant in the commune of Vutcani, Vaslui County, on a 61,001 sqm plot of land. The project aims to produce electricity from renewable sources and integrate it into the national energy system, contributing to the PNRR objectives and increasing the share of green energy in Romania's energy mix.

The plant is designed based on a modern technical solution, which includes:

  • 12,000 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, each with a power of 500 W, mounted in a fixed system, optimized for the solar radiation specific to the North-East area.

  • High-efficiency inverters, which ensure the conversion of energy from direct current to alternating current and safe integration into the grid.

  • A 1.2 MW storage system, consisting of 52 batteries, which allows for balancing production and supplying energy during periods of low radiation or high consumption.

  • A SCADA monitoring and control system, which continuously monitors technical parameters, panel performance, inverter operation, and battery status.

Photovoltaic Park for ROMCONSTRUCT AG, Buzau County

The investment proposed by ROMCONSTRUCT A.G. S.R.L. consists of building a photovoltaic park with an installed capacity of 0.99 MW in the municipality of Buzău, on a plot of land with an area of 52,799 square meters. The project aims to produce electricity from renewable sources and integrate it into the company's own consumption, as well as into the public grid, contributing to the PNRR objectives of increasing production capacity from solar sources.

The photovoltaic plant is designed based on a modern technical solution, optimized for the solar radiation conditions in the Southeast region, which includes:

  • 1,984 monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, each with a power of 500 W, mounted in a fixed system, ensuring stable and predictable production.

  • High-efficiency conversion inverters, sized to manage the entire installed power and ensure safe integration into the grid.

  • A 363.4 kWh storage system based on lithium-ion batteries, which allows for balancing production and covering own consumption during periods of low radiation.

  • A complete SCADA system, used for continuous monitoring of the performance of the panels, inverters, and batteries, as well as for controlling the safe operation of the plant.

The entire technical assembly is designed to ensure an estimated annual production of 1,391 MWh, of which approximately 700 MWh will cover the company's own consumption. The technical solution adopted allows for the efficient exploitation of local solar resources, contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions, and supports the modernization of the area's energy infrastructure. The project is designed to operate with a minimum level of manual intervention, with an estimated lifespan of over 25 years and low operating and maintenance costs.

The investment proposed by Universal Alloy Corporation Europe SRL aims to build a 9.46 MW photovoltaic power plant in Dumbrăvița, Maramureș County, together with a 2 MWh storage system. The project is designed to cover a significant part of the high energy consumption of the company, which is active in the aeronautical industry, and to contribute to national objectives regarding the increase of energy production from renewable sources.                                                                                   

The power plant is designed based on a modern technical solution, adapted to intensive industrial consumption and the need for energy stability, which includes:

  • 17,525 540 W monocrystalline photovoltaic panels, mounted in a fixed system, sized to achieve a total installed power of 9.463 MW and to efficiently harness solar radiation in the North-West area.

  • High-capacity inverters, designed to manage high energy flows and ensure efficient conversion of energy from direct current to alternating current.

  • A 2 MWh storage system, based on modern battery technology, which allows for the balancing of internal consumption, the reduction of peak loads, and increased operational stability of the UACE plants.

  • An advanced SCADA system that monitors production, consumption, equipment status, and operating parameters in real time, ensuring complete control of the plant and rapid intervention when necessary.

With this technical solution, the photovoltaic plant is designed to produce over 250,000 MWh of electricity from renewable sources annually, contributing to a reduction in CO₂ emissions of over 10,000 tons per year.
